The SPDT switch circuit chip STG3157CTR has 100 mOhm Channel to Channel Matching and 5pF Channel Capacity (CS (off), CD (off)) have improved matching accuracy and reduced signal transmission delay. The leakage current of this interface chip in the off state is very small, only 100nA, which is beneficial for extending the chip's lifespan, and its on and off times are very short. Only 15ns, 10ns can quickly switch signals. STG3157CTR has 1 circuits and 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuits, which can achieve multiplexing and demultiplexing of multiple signals. The -3dB bandwidth can reach up to 250MHz. Having relatively small charge injection 23pC and -55dB @ 10MHz crosstalk greatly reduces signal distortion, noise, and interference. Generally, its dual power supply is -, and its single power supply voltage is 1.65 V ~ 4.3 V.
