Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after resolution is agreed upon with Dyethin.
If you have not received your package within the standard shipping period, we will either refund your payment or resend your order.
Refunds are not available when non-delivery is caused by customer error (e.g., incorrect address, customs refusal).
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we confirm and receive the returned items.
Returns
All returns must be pre-approved by Dyethin. Please contact our support team with your order details before sending back any Product.
Unopened Products: Return requests will first be reviewed with our suppliers. Not all parts are eligible for unconditional return, even if unopened. If the supplier does not accept the return, we are unable to process it.
Defective or DOA Products: Eligible for return or replacement within 120 days. A third-party test report may be required for claims such as non-original or quality disputes.
Buyer’s Responsibility: If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong part ordered, incorrect information provided, etc.), the Buyer must prepay shipping and related costs. Freight collect returns will not be accepted.
Special Conditions:
ESD and moisture-sensitive Products should only be opened under proper handling; opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
All returns must include the original packaging, invoice, or order number for verification.
Exchange
Exchanges are possible if authorized by the Seller and subject to stock availability. Please contact customer service to confirm before arranging shipment.
How to Proceed
Contact our customer support team with order details and issue description.
Await confirmation and return authorization (including return address).
Ship the Product back and provide the tracking number.
Upon inspection, we will arrange refund, replacement, or exchange as appropriate.
