A: To return a product, it must be in its original, unopened condition (except for defective items). Returns are generally accepted within 365 days from the date of delivery. If returning due to "non-original/fake/quality issues," a valid quality report from a recognized third-party authoritative organization is required. For returns due to personal reasons (such as purchasing the wrong part), you must bear customs duties and other expenses, and prepay the return shipping fee. We do not support freight collection payments.
