1. Definitions

Buyer – the person placing an order with Dyethin Electronics Limited (“Seller”).
Seller – Dyethin Electronics Limited, trading as Dyethin.
Product(s) – the goods supplied by the Seller under these Terms.

Prices are based on the Seller’s current quotation or price list at the time of order acceptance.
All prices are exclusive of VAT, shipping, and other applicable taxes or fees.
The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices due to cost changes beyond its control.

Payments must be made in the invoiced currency.
Accepted methods include bank transfer, escrow, PayPal, credit card (domestic orders), and other agreed options.
Minimum order value: USD $100. Orders under USD $500 may incur a handling fee.

Returns must be requested in advance and are subject to Seller’s confirmation. Not all Products, even if unopened, are eligible for unconditional return—acceptance depends on supplier return policies.
Where permitted, unopened Products may be returned within 7 days, provided the Buyer obtains authorization from the Seller. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Defective or DOA (Dead On Arrival) Products may be returned or replaced within 120 days of delivery, subject to verification.
ESD- and moisture-sensitive Products cannot be returned if opened, unless defective.
Except as expressly stated, the Seller disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Products and services are provided on an “as is” basis.
The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Products or the Website.
