Microchip Technology ATTINY816-MNR has 512 x 8 memory space and 8KB (8K x 8) program memory, providing sufficient temporary storage space and storage requirements for large programs, supporting high-speed data reading, writing, and processing, as well as complex functions and controls.ATTINY816-MNR IC uses Flash as the program storage medium, with a clock speed of up to 20MHz, which can achieve high-speed data processing and fast response, improving the real-time performance of the system. It utilizes Internal oscillators to support a stable clock source, ensuring the normal operation and synchronization of the chip, helping to achieve compact design and simplify external component requirements.

These peripheral devices can expand the functionality of microcontrollers, improve system integration and reliability. Its 20-QFN (3x3) packaging form has a small volume and good heat dissipation performance, making it convenient for integration and layout. In the wide voltage range of 1.8 V ~ 5.5 V, the flexibility of power supply configuration is ensured, and the operating temperature can be maintained at -40°C ~ 105°C (TA) while maintaining efficient operation. The wide operating temperature range ensures reliability in different environments. This microcontroller is packaged in 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad and designed specifically to improve space efficiency and durability. The packaging is delivered in Tape & Reel (TR) form for easy handling and integration into the manufacturing process.
