MCP9801-M/MSG Analog Digital Temperature Sensing Integrated Circuits (ICs) are known for their high accuracy, with a maximum and minimum accuracy of ±1°C (±3°C).The IC is capable of measuring temperatures ranging from -55°C ~ 125°C and can be adapted to most complex test environments.

The sensing IC offers a wide range of configuration options, including: One-Shot, Output Switch, Programmable Limit, Programmable Resolution, Shutdown Mode, which allow engineers to quickly configure the chip, 11 b resolution and 8-MSOP packages for a variety of applications.

Microchip Technology MCP9801-M/MSG belongs to the Digital, Local type of sensor and supports I²C/SMBus output, which facilitates communication with microcontrollers and processors for fast data transmission and processing.
