ADG620BRTZ-REEL7 interface controllers can facilitate communication and data exchange between different subsystems, devices, or components within electronic systems. Features

The SPDT switch circuit chip ADG620BRTZ-REEL7 has 700 mOhm Channel to Channel Matching and 25pF Channel Capacity (CS (off), CD (off)) have improved matching accuracy and reduced signal transmission delay. The leakage current of this interface chip in the off state is very small, only 250pA, which is beneficial for extending the chip's lifespan, and its on and off times are very short. Only 65ns, 330ns can quickly switch signals. ADG620BRTZ-REEL7 has 1 circuits and 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuits, which can achieve multiplexing and demultiplexing of multiple signals. The -3dB bandwidth can reach up to 190MHz. Having relatively small charge injection 110pC and -67dB @ 1MHz crosstalk greatly reduces signal distortion, noise, and interference. Generally, its dual power supply is ±2.7 V ~ 5.5 V, and its single power supply voltage is 2.7 V ~ 5.5 V.
